Indian-made RFI 2A1 military rifle manufactured at the Rifle Factory Ishapore and based on the famed Lee-Enfield No. 1 Mk III design. Unlike earlier .303 British Enfields, the 2A1 was specifically engineered for the 7.62×51 NATO cartridge and features the distinctive 12-round detachable magazine. This example retains its military configuration with hardwood stock, adjustable rear sight, bayonet lug, and original military finish. The rifle shows honest service wear consistent with age and military use while maintaining strong collector appeal.
